The fastest way is through Paypal (the service is free to buyers). PayPal is an online money transfer company owned by eBay. It uses credit cards shown below, Paypal accepts American Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, and Japanese Yen. These button links are encrypted for safety.
I send the plans when I recieve notification from Paypal, usually within a few hours, but I have a day job too, so please be patient.
